We are pleased to ship our products to customers around the world. Because our shipping costs are higher when shipping outside the U.S., we must charge international customers a shipping fee.

Free Shipping applies to orders shipped within the U.S. Unfortunately, Pay Pal, our payment processor, is unable to differentiate between orders originating from the U.S. and those from our valued international customers.

In order to serve overseas transactions, we offer two options:

1. You can choose to place your order online and continue with our online checkout. We will email you a shipping charge quote as soon as we review your order.

OR

2. You can simply email Emuspirit@aol.com and tell us what you'd like to buy. Be sure to include your shipping information. We'll email you a shipping charge quote. Then, you can place your order online and follow the procedure below for paying the additional shipping charge.

TO PAY YOUR SHIPPING CHARGE

Log on to www.paypal.com and click Pay Anyone With An Email Address. Submit your payment to Emuspirit@aol.com. 

If you decide not to accept the shipping charge quote and you have already placed your order, please email that you wish to cancel your order. We will refund your Pay Pal account for the total amount of your purchase.

You always have the choice to either accept or decline the shipping charge quote we offer.

We realize that this sounds a little confusing at first. Many of our return customers find it a lot easier the next time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
